The focus of assistance in the Assisted Living Program is to promote and strengthen the individual’s health and social environment. We work with clients and families to find the best possible ways to maintain independent living while respecting the dignity and personal choices of the individual. The staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help clients on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis.

Details 905-308-8090The Family Centre is a housing focused shelter for families experiencing homelessness in the Hamilton area. All of our services and supports are focused on helping families secure housing in a timely manner. Shelter diversion and eviction prevention services are also available to families that qualify. Our specialized housing staff work with each family to create a housing plan with a 30-day goal.
